The Charleston division of CalAtlantic Homes has opened a new decorated model in Tupelo Row II, the newest phase of Tupelo, its single-family home community located on Highway 17 in lower Mount Pleasant.
Gayle Jinks, CalAtlantic’s vice president of sales for the division, said the homebuilder has planned just 18 single-family detached homes for the new neighborhood nestled in a hardwood forest with more than half of the homesites adjacent to wetlands on the rear property line.
New homes with 3-4 bedrooms, 2-4 full bathrooms and 2-car garages are priced from the upper $200s at Tupelo Row II. “This is a great opportunity to own a new single-family detached home in Mount Pleasant at these prices,” Jinks said.
Six home designs – two one-story and four two-story -- are offered in the new phase with brick or stone front elevations. Bonus rooms and guest suites are available. “We’ve seen buyers in a variety of demographics from first timers to retirees and everything in between.”
The intimate neighborhood with a rural feel is minutes to shopping and dining at Oakland Market and Town Center, the beach at Isle of Palms and only 5 minutes to the Roper St. Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital and the Wando river boat ramp to the north.
The master planned community’s HOA fees are only $700 a year and homeowners enjoy an amenity center with swimming pool, open air covered pavilion with gas grills, and leisure trails that wind throughout the forests and ponds in the community.
Visitors can tour the new model Sunday and Monday from Noon to 6 p.m. and Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. by stopping by the sales center at 3860 Tupelo Branch Road, Mount Pleasant, S.C. 29429
