CalAtlantic Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, will start sales by early November in a new phase of single-family homes at Brickhope Plantation, located on Stone Crop Drive in Goose Creek.
Gayle Jinks, Charleston vice president of sales and marketing for CalAtlantic Homes, said work is nearly complete on a new model/sales center at the new phase.
Homebuyers can choose from 14 distinct floor plans ranging from 1,400 square feet of living area to 3,600 square feet, with from three-bedrooms and two baths to six bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths, with two and three-car garages on 44- to 75-foot homesites.
Exact pricing has not yet been determined, but will start from the low $200s
Jinks said two new models will get underway before the end of the year in the new phase at Brickhope Plantation, where there has been no new construction in two years,
The Litchfield II model home offers four bedrooms, three baths in 2,457 square feet of living space and a two-car garage. Special features in the model homebuyers can choose include a bonus room plus a fourth bedroom with full bath, a screened porch, luxury tile in shower, and granite counters. The Litchfield II will break ground in October.
The Virginian II model home offers five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths in 2,885 square feet of living space with a two-car garage. Special features that will be shown in the model include a guest suite, separate tub and shower in master bath, and hardwood stairs.
Brickhope Plantation features a spacious pool, fitness center, two recreation centers, ball fields, kids play area and a community clubhouse.
CalAtlantic Homes currently builds single family and townhomes priced from the $180,000s in 16 communities throughout the Charleston and Myrtle Beach regions.
