Carolina Park, one of the Lowcountry’s premier master-planned communities, is pleased to announce the opening of their newest model home. Designed and built by David Weekley Homes, the stunning two-story is the fourth home on Carolina Park’s “Model Row,” and the fifth overall.

Mount Pleasant’s newest Fire/Police station just opened here, and we’ve recently debuted our new Outdoor Pavilion at the Residents Club, and in a month or two we’ll open our Great Lawn,” says Keels. In addition, all eight members of the Carolina Park Builder Team are building new homes in new phases in The Village and Riverside, and sales to date for 2016 top 125 homes.
“All of that makes it a very exciting time for us and for homebuyers,” Keels adds.
Carolina Park continues to find ways to further enhance life for its residents. Already home to a resort-style Residents Club with Jr. Olympic pool, playground, tennis courts and outdoor pavilion, Carolina Park has begun work creating a 20-acre lake in Riverside, the custom homes neighborhood, with long-term plans for additional amenities as well as direct Wando River access.
