FrontDoor Communities, a regional builder, first introduced their timeless floorplans and quality homes to the Lowcountry about five years ago. Buyers at Stonoview on Johns Island can enjoy $7,500 in design options. According to the builder, buyers can receive up to $7,500 in design options. There is a great selection of premium homesites with breathtaking of the Stono River views, you’ll quickly see how aptly named this community is! This golf-cart friendly neighborhood boasts a host of amenities, including a community dock w/sundeck, floating boat slips, onsite boat storage, trails, pocket parks and picnic areas. Home prices start in the $400’s.
Frontdoor Communities is offering several series of homes at Summers Corner, just off of Hwy 61 in Summerville. Buyers can take $7,500 off of homes in both the Garden and Terrace series on homes that are pre-sale or currently in the construction stage. Homeprices begin as low as $260,000. This community in the garden offers a lifestyle like no other!

As FrontDoor Communities notes, “Sales continue to soar in the Riverside section at Carolina Park.” The combination of stunning homes, superior amenities and convenient location cannot be beat.
