Point Hope continues to expand its commitment to outdoor living with the addition of new parks and trail destinations in the community’s First Light neighborhood. Designed to connect residents with nature, Point Hope’s growing trail network links neighborhoods to green spaces, parks, and gathering spots that encourage recreation, reflection, and play.

“The Hillocks”: Now Open
The Hillocks, now open, offers an interactive destination where children and adults can enjoy large-scale musical play equipment and open space for discovery. Located along neighborhood trails, it invites families on their way to school, or individuals out for a bike ride, to pause and enjoy the surroundings. The space is open to the public.

“Spiral Ramp Park”: Coming Soon
Another major amenity, Spiral Ramp Park, is under construction and scheduled to open in late 2025. Covering 28,000 square feet, the park will feature swings, seesaws, inclusive play structures, and gathering areas designed for all ages to enjoy fresh air and outdoor activity.

With these additions, Point Hope strengthens its vision of making nature central to community life, offering residents and visitors alike more opportunities to connect with the outdoors.
